ScotPay UK was established in 2008. The company’s main goal is to utilise the tax free benefits available from HMRC to temporary workers, whilst remaining compliant with all legislation.

ScotPay UK is completely FREE TO JOIN, and FREE TO LEAVE whenever your circumstances change. Our £10 fee is deducted from your weekly wages, and is payable only when you are earning.

ScotPay UK also offers its members benefits that are usually reserved for employed individuals, such as sick pay, paternity / maternity and holiday pay. We also file all tax returns, invoice your client for you for the hours you have worked, and provide you with weekly pay advice.

ScotPay UK’s Head Office is based in Glasgow, but we have networks throughout the UK to provide on site support as and when required.

ScotPay UK are able to offer their employees access to the HMRC’s (Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs) travel and subsistence policy for individuals who work at temporary workplaces. This allows Scotpay UK to pay any expenses you incur in the course of your duties to you tax free. Expenses that can be paid free of tax include travel to and from your temporary workplace and meals purchased while working at a temporary workplace.
